The person with the most puppies at the end is declared the winner.
The first question posed to Keanu was “What is the only reptile species native to Ireland?”

But once he realized how the game was going to play out, Jimmy jumped in and said he wasn’t going to “take the puppy out of John Wick.”
However, after Jimmy answered the first question incorrectly, Keanu was given another puppy, and two more as soon as he answered the bonus round question.
