Hunter Biden has sued a laptop repairman after his computer’s contents were leaked to Trump’s allies. Data leaked from his laptop suggests Hunter offered an energy company adviser an “opportunity” to meet the then-Vice President.
Hunter and his attorney allege that John Paul Mac Isaac, who runs a repair shop, illegally copied and distributed personal information from his laptop’s hard drive.
Materials from the laptop allegedly contain text and financial records related to his overseas business dealings in China. Ukraineand suggestive photos or videos of him having sex and using drugs.
Hunter’s attorneys are now requesting a jury trial to determine the amount of damages and asking Mac Isaac to return the data belonging to him.
“Mack Isaac was accused of using it against then-candidate Joseph Biden and in support of then-President Trump by those to whom he provided data that he believed belonged to Biden. intended, knew, or apparently should have known,” the lawsuit said.
“As a result of Mac Isaac’s illicit consent and collusion with others, Mr. Biden’s personal data was made available to third parties and ultimately released to the public. It has damaged Mr. Biden and his reputation.
“The purpose of violating Mr. Biden’s privacy and disseminating his data was to harm and embarrass Mr. Biden, not for a legitimate purpose.”
For the 2020 election, donald trumpAttorney Rudy Giuliani at the time provided material for the New York Post article on Hunter’s corruption.
The Post reported that the FBI had seized a computer allegedly owned by Hunter Biden.

In the article, Joe said he met with an adviser to Burisma Burisma, where Hunter Biden was sitting on the board, and said in an email from adviser Vadim Pozharski to the vice president’s son, “Give me a chance to meet your father.” He said he was grateful for what he had given him.
A Biden campaign spokesman said at the time that the official Biden campaign schedule did not include a meeting between the two men.
However, data leaked from Hunter’s laptop after he misplaced it at Mac Isaac’s store in Wilmington, Delaware, from April 2019.
The owner told The New York Times that Hunter sought data recovery but never returned to retrieve the computer or the external hard drive containing its contents.
He then decided to look at the material, calling it “disturbing” and “embarrassing” before speaking to the FBI.
After watching Trump’s first impeachment proceedings in 2019, he focused on his own response. UkraineMac Isaac gave a copy of the hard drive to Giuliani’s attorney, Robert J. Costello.
Giuliani then handed over the data to the Post, the outlet said, and began claiming the Biden family was corrupt.
Mac Isaac sued Hunter last year, claiming he was defamed by the president’s son’s allegations that Hunter illegally accessed his data.
