Now, the sliding door actress has responded to criticism on her Instagram Stories by claiming she “eats a complete meal.”
She explained that the diet was devised with her doctor and focused on foods to fight inflammation, including “cooked vegetables, proteins and healthy carbs.”
“It’s working really well. This is based on my medical results and extensive testing over time,” she added.
Emma’s star said the podcast was a “transparent view” of a conversation between me and my doctor, adding that it was “not intended to be advice to anyone else.”
Gwyneth, who said she felt “powerful” from the diet, added, “I don’t eat like this every day.
She continued: “By the way, I eat a lot more than bone broth and vegetables. We have a lot.
