Exclusive: crank up film Acquired North American Rights to Comedy Country club starring John Higgins again SNL trio please don’t destroy, Archstone Entertainment acquires foreign rights. The film, the directorial debut of fellow star Fiona Roberts, is set for release in June.
Country club It centers around two young women (real-life sisters Fiona and Sophia Robert) who plan to win a junior golf tournament prize at the prestigious Hamptons Country Club. But once they meet a quirky and wealthy patron at a club, they are driven on an adventure to find false identities, love, and friendships with the most unlikely people.
Fiona Robert and Sophia Robert also wrote and produced this picture, with Judith Robert, Janet Robert, Tom Kapasinska, Jack Sheehan, Scott Martin and Michael Srifkin serving as Executive Producers under the Robert Sisters Pictures banner. James Urbaniak (Fablemans) and Elaine Hendricks (dynasty) concludes the cast.

Exclusive: Oscar Winner Cuba Gooding Jr. (jerry maguire) and randy couture (the expendables franchise) has signed on for a role in the fantasy action thriller. Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peacedirected by Ali Zamani, the 2020 action movie sequel fallen Angel.
Currently in production in Los Angeles, this new film is about Iraq War veterans who must recruit fellow warriors to stop an army of apocalyptic undead. Also starring Richards, William McNamara, Lee Collafay, Corina Rico, Michael Te, Caitlin O’Connor, Silvio Simak, Greg Canestrari and Ken Davitian. Chris Kato wrote the script and is based on Zamani’s story. Zeus Zamani produced the film and Keith Leopard, Zeus Zamani, Jeff Miller, Djenny Chen, Andreas Olavarria, Said Esfahani, Ronnie D. Lee and George J Merino are on his EP.
Uncork’d Entertainment has sold regional rights in Southeast Asia to Level 33 Entertainment and Silent D Pictures for a theatrical release in the third quarter of this year. Uncork’d will next consider selling rights to other territories at Cannes 2023. Gooding Jr. was represented by manager and attorney Peter Thunbekis. Couture by Gersh and Xtreme Couture Management.
