A disgusted mother blames her son’s school after claiming she quarantined him while wearing sneakers.

A spokesperson for Nottingham Academy said: ‘We have high expectations of what all our students can achieve and we will ensure that our actions, our unified and broader policies, support this.
“While we are unable to discuss the situation of individual students, we are taking various measures to assist families with their uniform needs, including providing uniforms on-site.
“As a fully inclusive school, we will ensure that reasonable adjustments are made to our policies and procedures to provide children with special educational needs with the necessary support where appropriate.”
